What is the typical order turnaround time from Soap & More?
Soapandmore is continuing its commitment over the last 19 years to be fast and efficient. As we do not ship orders out until we receive our customers approval, kindly check your e-mails for your shipping quote. In other words, please get back to us as fast as you can once the shipping quote is sent to you via e-mail.
We do not surcharge our shipping rates from Canada Post or Canpar. We do however charge a small $3.50 handling fee.
Can I get a sample?
We do not send out samples and therefore encourage our customers to order the smallest size available to test your products.

Customers can e-mail or call us to check the status of their orders. You will always get an email directly from Canada Post or Canpar with your tracking number when your order ships.
