Our Black Glitter - Eco Friendly is the perfect way to add a dark sparkle to soap, makeup and bath products! This black biodegradable glitter is perfect for special occasion soaps, halloween bath bombs and much more.

This eco sparkly glitter is made from cellulose fibers and is 100% biodegradable. Add a heavy dose of sparkle to your products without worrying about the environmental impact. This glitter works beautifully on melt and pour soap, scrubs, bath bombs, and nail polish. It can be used for decorating the tops of cold process soap but the color separates when used in soap batter. Best onsoap that is thick enough to fully suspend the glitter above the batter.

Common Uses:

Accenting Cosmetics. Top of Soap and bath bombs

Points of Interest:
Cellulose-Based. Biodegradable Glitter. 

Not recommended for temperatures over 130º F. Color separates in soap. Not recommended for eye contact or contact with mucous membrane.

Particle Size: .008". 

Do not use standard craft glitter in your cosmetics as the particle size is generally too large. While there is no government regulation for the particle size that can be used in cosmetics, the cosmetic industry standard is .004" and .008".

    Can this be used in candles?

    We do not recommend any glitters or powdered colorants to be used in candles. There is an increased risk of fire hazard. Should you choose to test it our on your own, it would be at your own discretion.
