Thieves essential oil blend contains clove, rosemary, lemon, eucalyptus radiata & cinnamon essential oils.

THIEVES OIL:

As the bubonic plague decimated Europe in the year 1413, four thieves were captured and charged with robbing the dead and dying victims. When the thieves were tried, the magistrate offered leniency if they would reveal how they resisted contracting the infection as they performed their gruesome acts. They explained that they were perfumers and spice traders and told of a special concoction of aromatic herbs, including clove and rosemary, that they rubbed on their hands, ears and temples.

The Thieves oil blend was created based on research into the concoction used by the thieves of the 15th century. In 1997, studies conducted at Weber State University showed it to have a 99.96% success rate against airborne bacteria. The bacteria cultures were sprayed in an enclosed area and Thieves oil blend was diffused for a given amount of time.

After only 10 minutes of exposure, there was a reduction of:
82% in Micrococcus luteus
96% in Pseudomonas aeruginosa
44% in Staphylococcus aureus

The essential oils contained within this formula have been noted for anti-bacterial, anti-viral, antiseptic and anti-catarrhyal properties while stimulating the immune system, circulation and the respiratory system. According to research at Weber State University, Thieves was found to have a 99% kill rate against airborne bacteria when diffused.

Thieves Oil versus Toxic Mold

Dr. Edward Close has been called in on several cases where households were quarantined for toxic mold that had not responded to bleach, hospital cleansers, or industrial strength chemicals. When these homes were treated for 24 to 48 hours with Thieves blend, tests found low levels of mold spores (a fraction of what had been present) and these levels continue to drop to virtually nothing in the next few weeks.

This is almost unheard of in a mold treatment – molds usually begin to grow as soon as bleach and other chemicals are removed. What's more, Thieves is good for the immune system, unlike bleach and other chemicals which are toxic themselves. It may be used preventatively and to treat mold-related symptoms.
The mold was treated with Thieves using a cold-air essential oil diffuser which does not damage the antifungal properties of the oils.

How to use: Diffuse for short periods of time (1/2 hour or less) in the work or home environment. Apply to the bottom of the feet or dilute with a Massage Oil Base for a stimulating massage under the arms and on the chest at the base of the neck. Can be used to disinfect surfaces.
