Soap, Soap, Soap 1 Basic Workshop AGE RESTRICTION APPLIES

Come learn to make your own handmade cold process soap from scratch using natural ingredients. No previous experience required, but useful. You will learn about the chemistry of soap crafting from experienced soap crafters. All the tricks of the trade are discussed in this hands-on workshop. Learn how to add scent, and what tracing is. Take home 1 pound of soap and many formula ideas. Look at the workshop II for more advanced tips, such as color, exfoliants, botanicals, layering, swirling with color and so much more!

Prerequisite: You must be 18 years old to enroll or participate in this class. Please wear or bring a long sleeved shirt, long pants, and closed toe shoes to class. Latex or nitrile gloves will be supplied the day of the class. Bring your own saftey goggles to the class.
