The health benefits of Allspice Essential Oil can be attributed to its properties like anesthetic, analgesic induces numbness and good pain relief, anti oxidant, anti septic, carminative, relaxant, rubefacient, stimulant and tonic.

 
Although most essential oils blend well together, allspice oil blends particularly well with ginger, geranium, lavender, orange, patchouli and ylang-ylang.

Precautions  Allspice oil should only be used in low dilutions, as it is found to irritate the mucus membrane and to cause dermal irritation. Pregnant women should avoid this oil.
