What is the typical order turnaround time from Soap & More?

Soapandmore.com is continuing its commitment over the last 10 years to be fast and efficient however since we do not ship orders out until we receive our customers ok to do so kindly check your e-mails for your shipping quote. In other words please get back to us as fast as you can once the shipping quote is sent to you via e-mail. We do not surcharge our shipping rates from Canada Post.  We can also drop ship your orders to your customers, making it look as though the order came from your company directly.  Let us now if you would like us to process your order in this way and we can do so. (we can also provide a custom label for you but we can only print labels in black and white).

Can I get a sample?

We do not send out samples and therefore encourage our customers to order the smallest size available to test your products.

Are bulk discounts available?

Bulk discounts are available and quantity pricing will automatically adjust in the shopping cart. The larger quantity one purchases the larger the discount per ml or gram. Especially when an item has not been repackaged such as 50 lbs of salt. As we have not input any labour there is the greatest discount included in that item.

Order Status?

Customers can e-mail or call us to check the status of their orders. You will also get an email directly from Canada Post or UPS with your tracking number when your order ships. You can use this tracking number for Canada Post at http://www.canadapost.ca/segment-e.asp to see the exact location of your package at any time. Many times the tracking emails from Canada Post get mistaken for spam by many of the various email spam filters out there so make sure that if you use such a program that you create a rule to accept all emails from Canada post.ca and UPS or you may never see your tracking notification.

Did my order go through? I never got an email confirmation!

Sometimes spam filters catch our order emails. Please update you spam filters to accept any emails coming from soapandmore.com in order to avoid such problems. We can send a confirmation again from the Order History/Status page. Your order can always be verified by checking your order history from your account details by clicking on your login name in the upper right hand corner of the screen.
